At Secured Security Ltd we have some new announcements for 2012 that we would like to share with everyone.

This January 2012 we are introducing the first issue of the Secured Security Ltd employee newsletter. We have decided to launch the employee newsletter to help keep our employees informed of what’s new and coming to Secured Security Ltd. In the newsletter we would also like to highlight employees who have shown dedication and growth in their career at Secured. Our employee newsletter will be sent out every quarter to all employees.

In addition, Secured Security Ltd is introducing some brand new Employee Recognition programs. At Secured our best assets are our employees. We believe that happy employees are the necessary foundation for a solid company. By recognizing our employees for their successes and achievements we believe we will encourage continual self development. One of our new programs we will introduce will be the “Employee of the Month” program. Each month an employee will be selected and recognized for their excellent job performance. We are also introducing a new employee referral program where employees will get rewarded for referring new employees to Secured. As Secured Security Ltd continues to expand we will introduce new programs. As always, we welcome your suggestions and comments.
